I am James Fulham. I run ProcessWorks as a one-person advisory practice from Limerick. 25 years across food, manufacturing, medtech, telecoms and financial services — most of it in operating roles before this, with full P&L responsibility.
Most of my work comes through referrals. Most engagements start with a short, direct conversation and a fast diagnosis. I do not run a team. I do not pitch decks. I either fit your problem or I do not, and I will tell you within the first call.

How I think about the work
Most performance problems are not solved by more technology, more reporting, or more pressure. They are solved by fixing the underlying process base.
Deming wrote it plainly: people do not fail, systems do. That is the view I work from.
